We’re excited to begin our new notary concierge service created for 2026, for any and all Arizona Commissioned Mobile Notaries Public. It’s having an expert along with you on your notary appointments as well as a sales closer and appointment setter; like having your very own personal assistant! This is all done virtually, by the way.
Oftentimes, it’s been my personal experience that new (and sometimes even existing notaries) are either too busy or not trained well enough in “everything notary” to be able to complete an appointment accurately and correctly, and sometimes notaries aren’t able to schedule an appointment (close the sale) due to limited closing abilities or unable to answer a legitimate client question.
It can mean “famine” (ie; feast or famine) to the newbie or improperly trained notary public. Basically, it’s “death” to the notary’s business, adding to frustration and a loss of revenue. I’ve seen many notaries public quit because of these dilemmas.

Here's how the notary concierge™
service works...
- You sign up for notary concierge service. You decide what days and times you’re available to accept notary appointments and what areas you are willing to travel to. There’s no need for you to pay for marketing ads. We provide clients for you.
- We get incoming inquiries for “everything notary.” Sometimes appointments include hired witnesses which we will also provide to work along with you as well.
- We screen and vet the calls including giving an accurate quote for the mileage, notary, and any other “add-ons” which sometimes include printing, witnesses, postage fees, mailing, etc. In other words, we close the sale for you.
- We completely brief you on the appointment and schedule it for you sometimes sending you documents in advance for you to review.
- You go to the appointment “like a pro” completely ready and able to complete the appointment and in most cases, get paid daily!
